Everything you wanted to know about Sturgeon!

The mighty Fraser River is home to the only remaining wild population of White Sturgeon in the world. The largest freshwater fish in North America, White Sturgeon can live well over 100 years, grow to lengths upwards of 15 feet long and can tip the scales at well over 1000 pounds. Since they first appeared over 175 million years ago Sturgeon have changed very little, giving them a prehistoric appearance.
